Important Information and Updates
|
|
|
As a reminder, tuition bills for the Spring 2026 semester and Winter Intersession are due on Monday, December 15, 2025. Students can access their tuition bill in ePay via the .
Outstanding Fall 2025 Balances: If you have an outstanding balance for the Fall 2025 semester, please be sure your balance is paid in full by the end of the fall term (December 17, 2025). Failure to pay your remaining balance by this date may put your account in jeopardy of being transferred to our Internal Collections Department. Please contact bursar@newhaven.edu if you have any questions regarding your balance.

Last Chance to Enroll in the Spring 2026 Monthly Installment Plan (optional)
|
|
|
The University offers an interest-free monthly installment option which allows you to spread out your payment for the spring semester over a period of months. The deadline to enroll is December 15, 2025.
Please Note: The first monthly payment was due on December 1. If you enroll now, you will be required to make your first monthly payment immediately once you are notified that your plan has been added. Further information regarding the plan can be ڴdzܲԻ h.

Have you filled out your 2026-2027 FAFSA yet? Now’s the time! The 2026-2027 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) can be completed online at . Remember, you must complete a new FAFSA each year to be considered for financial aid.
We encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible. Doing so gives the Financial Aid Office plenty of time to review your information and let you know if anything else is needed. Be sure to check your University email regularly for updates and documentation requests.

End of Fall Term Information
|
Congratulations, January 2026 graduates! All your hard work has paid off! Please check your university email for important information on how to receive your diploma once it becomes available. We anticipate diplomas will be available on or around January 19, 2026.
Բ g for Fall 2025 should be available in SSB (Self-Service Banner) via the myCharger portal the first week of January.
Official transcripts that include Fall 2025 final grades will not be available until end of term processing is completed. You may request a transcript at any time, but please be sure to indicate “Hold for Grades” and/or “Hold for Degree” to be ensure the transcript is not released before changes to your record have been completed. You can order an official transcript from this webpage.

Financial Wellness Focus: Have Loan Questions? ECMC is Here to Help—For FREE

The University has teamed up with a non-profit organization, ECMC Solutions, to provide FREE loan counseling services to help students manage their federal student loans.
